1. Refunds
- Due to the nature of our products, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days with proof (e.g., photos).
2. Exchanges
- If you receive the wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
3. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
